Leadership & Values-Based Coaching
Clarify what matters. Lead with intention. Turn insight into action.
You can be capable, committed, and successful—and still feel uncertain about your next step. Coaching offers space to pause, understand the patterns shaping your choices, and move toward goals that reflect your values.
I help leaders, professionals, and veterans clarify, pursue, and maintain what matters. Our work combines thoughtful reflection with practical steps, so that greater self-understanding becomes meaningful change in how you lead, work, and live.
What We Can Work On
- Leading with greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
- Navigating a career transition or a new leadership role.
- Strengthening communication and working through difficult conversations.
- Aligning your decisions with your values and purpose.
- Building habits that support sustainable performance and wellbeing.
A Coaching Process From Clarity to Action
Our work follows four connected phases. We revisit them as your goals and circumstances evolve.
1. Chart the Course — The Map
We clarify your values, purpose, and goals. Hogan Assessments help us explore your strengths, motivations, and patterns, building a shared understanding of where you are and where you want to go.
2. Navigate the Gap — The Gap
We identify what is missing or needed to reach your goals, including obstacles, constraints, skills, resources, and support. Together, we choose where to focus your effort.
3. Build the Bridge — The Bridge
We develop practical steps and skills to close the gap. This may include experimenting with new ways of communicating, making decisions, managing pressure, or following through on what matters.
4. Sail the Journey — The Journey
You put the plan into action. We review what you learn, build accountability, and adjust your approach so that progress can be sustained beyond our work together.
What I Bring to Our Work
I am a clinical psychologist and former military officer with experience in healthcare leadership, research, and systems implementation. I bring close listening, curiosity, and an understanding of both individual behavior and the environments in which people work.
My aim is to help you make choices that fit who you are, what you care about, and the demands of your life.
Choosing Coaching or Therapy
Coaching focuses on personal and professional development, goals, and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are seeking treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, or another mental health concern, explore my psychotherapy services. We can discuss which service best fits your needs when you inquire.
Start a Conversation
Tell me you are interested in coaching, along with your availability and a request for a call. We can discuss your goals, how the process works, and whether working together would be a good fit.
